Kate Evans, University of Idaho law professor and director of the Immigration Clinic, will join us to talk about the ins and outs of practicing immigration law, including her path to working in the area. Kate's background includes clerking for the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She worked in private immigration practice focusing on appellate litigation before transitioning into overseeing law students in immigration clinics at the University of Minnesota Law School and now the University of Idaho College of Law. » More ...
